Letter to our Clients, COVID-19

The Natural Way, Inc. is open and fully operational as an Essential/Critical Business.   Please read the following bulletin regarding our actions to keep our employees, clients, and your landscape safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Natural Way, Inc. has been categorized as an “Essential” and “Critical” business by all Health Orders from County to Federal Agencies and Industry Associations.  Our work to mitigate hazards and control invasive and destructive insects & diseases is ongoing to protect your landscape, real estate values, and natural resources.   Many of our applications are dependent on windows of opportunity of a limited time frame.   We are working hard to protect our employees, our clients, and our natural resources and landscapes.  Services we provide will be provided in a manner so that our employees and our customers do not have any contact at all and conform to CDC social distancing requirements.

We, at The Natural Way, firmly believe in our dedication to being socially and environmentally responsible by continuing to work to keep the economy going and not being a burden on our government for unemployment or loans.  We are lucky to be in this situation with crews working outdoors and being able to modify our protocols and procedures to help protect our employees and our clients.    With your support we can continue to help drive our economy, keeping it on track, while preventing the spread of the COVID virus.

You will notice some changes in our services and communication with clients in order to comply with the stay at home and social distancing public health orders.  We appreciate your cooperation and continued support.

Our Business has adopted the Social   Distancing   Requirements which includes  all  of the  following:  (1)  Maintaining  at  least  six-foot   social distancing  from  other  individuals;   (2) washing  hands  with  soap  and  water  for at least twenty seconds as frequently  as possible  or using hand sanitizer  when hand-sinks  are not available, covering coughs  or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands); (3) regularly cleaning  high-touch  surfaces;  and (4) not shaking hands

As a side note, a client asked when her work would be completed.  As I explained our role as an essential business the client cut me off by saying “Of course your business is essential, I would have not thought otherwise.”    It is so nice to hear how much our clients value our service and industry.

I am so thankful for all our great clients, the new ones and the ones we’ve had for decades.  I wish you all Happiness and Health.  Take Care until we are able meet in the near future.

Thank you sincerely,

Robert Brudenell (Founder, Owner, and President)
